Arrived in the stated time frame. The product itself is a thin worthless piece of garbage, it is not worth a dollar. It is not ridged at all, my cats nails will have it shredded into rubber bands in a matter of days, if not sooner. I would not buy it again nor recommend it, i have place mats from the dollar store that are thicker. It's not even as thick or substantial as an old school bathing cap.
